OOTD: Forever Navy & New

I love a combining matching patterns (there's just something so soothing about it!) and cutout stripes were something I paired together in this outfit. The dress had see through stripes which match the nude colored heels' stripes too. The navy color with classic nude heels is always a great match. Simple yet classy.
